1 tsp oil
4 large eggs
50 ml milk
2 tsp turmeric powder
2 slices of bread
HOW TO PREPARE
Put the oil in a pan over a medium heat.
Whisk the milk and eggs together, season with pepper.
Add the mixture to the pan and stir continuously for about 6 minutes or until the scrambled eggs are at the desired consistency. Service on slices of toast of your choosing.
