Product works well in conjuction with turmeric and flax capsules my joints are not as achey and in general body doesn't feel inflamed, I weight train a lot these are the only products that have eased my joint soreness and eased stress levels
Been taken these now for couple of weeks , the first thing I noticed was pain and stiffness was less In my joints . I’m suffering with sactica At the moment . But felt no better with the tables but haven’t taken them for this anyway , will finish the bottle and compare then decide to carry on ,
These capsules relieved some of much joint pain but the sports capsules that I bought at Harrogate Christmas market were better
Always easy and quick and when I forget to take my turmeric capsules my aches come back. The capsules are so much easier than making the Paste and I also like the added benefits of the Vit B etc. I now also have my dogs on the mince as they refused the Golden Paste but take the mince.
