Our Paste is so versatile, you can be as adventurous as you like! Take directly from a teaspoon or use in everyday cooking, including hot and cold drinks.

What makes our Turmeric Golden Paste the best on the market?

Here at The Golden Paste Company we believe it all begins with the INGREDIENTS and this is why we use only the best:

Turmeric - High strength Turmeric, sourced from Indonesia with a minimum Curcumin level of 5.1%

Coconut Oil - We use cold pressed and organic coconut oil

Black Pepper - The black pepper is cracked just before adding it into our paste

Ceylon Cinnamon - Ceylon cinnamon is used as this has a lower level of Coumarin

Directions

Children/Small Adults - 1 teaspoon, twice a day

Average size adults - 1½ - 2 teaspoons, twice a day

Large Adults - 2½ - 3 teaspoons, twice a day

Please note these are just guidelines, you can increase the amount until you see desired results.

Storage
Keep in a cool, dark cupboard. Store below 20°C. Once opened, consume within 6 weeks. This product can be frozen or refrigerated.
