BRAND AMBASSADOR NEWS: Julia's plans for 2025
We have some great ambassadors within our GPC team and we love working with them and supporting them with our natural supplements that help them thrive with whatever their aims and ambitions are.
In particular, we love hearing what they’ve got planned for the year ahead, which is exactly what we’ve been discussing with Brand Ambassador Julia, who you may know as @sidney_minisausage on Instagram. Julia’s two Dachshunds Sid and Nancy love their GPC products and more recently, Julia has started with the capsules for herself ahead of a big challenge in May! Read on to find out more…
“Sid, Nancy and I have been brand ambassadors for The Golden Paste Company for a good few years now and we are looking forward to an even more active and outdoorsy 2025, fuelled by turmeric goodness!
Last year I got into running. I truly fell in love with the sport, and I quickly built up endurance - but due to the lack of strength training I’d done, I sustained a knee injury which left me out of action for several months.
This gave me the opportunity to reflect and do my homework on what exercises to do at home and in the gym, as well as adding The Golden Paste Company’s organic turmeric capsules to my diet.
Being 42 years old but living a super active lifestyle with my dogs means I need a little helping hand, and turmeric is doing exactly that.
I am now back in a routine of running 3-5 times per week and I take 1-2 turmeric capsules daily. In May I’ll be running a Half Marathon at Great Birmingham Run!
Sid and Nancy’s health also thrives through the power of turmeric. Sid gets TurmerItch every morning and evening which has supported his skin and coat health immensely. Nancy gets TurmerEase daily which supports her overall wellbeing, joint health and digestion.
We go on regular hikes, days out and holidays with the pups so healthy joints and overall health are vital for us.
