When I first got Bob his skin was really dry and flaky with dandruff, the more I brushed him the more I'd get coming to the surface, it was never ending. His coat was really dull and felt course.
Since adding Cooked linseed to his feed he's a different horse, his skin isn't dry or flaky, his coat is silky soft and shiny

I feed Cooked Linseed to my semi-retired show pony Dunshane Just William aka Billy or Wizzle. Having retired from ridden work Billy now takes part in veteran in-hand showing. As he has aged, I’ve noticed he wasn’t holding his condition as well as he has done previously and his coat looked dull. Ruling out any age-related illness I looked at his diet and started feeding Cooked Linseed. Within six months his weight and coat had improved tremendously, and we have been out winning our classes. I’ve continued with the same feeding regime - his weight has remained stable, and his coat is in far better condition.

I started feeding British Horse Feeds Cooked Linseed a few years ago. My eldest boy, now 32 years young, suffers from chronic COPD and tends to drop weight and condition. I add one 50g scoop of the Cooked Linseed into his Fibre-Beet, along with his veteran mix and chop. His coat is so soft and glossy, even in Winter (he is part-bred Norwegian Ffjord, so has a decent winter coat). A 20kg bag lasts ages, so it is very affordable and as it’s already been micronised, it is ready to feed straight from the bag. Highly recommended by Sovereign and me.
